    Our lab mainly focus on the synthesis of semiconductor nanomaterials, characterizations and applications of novel functional devices, including solar cells (hybrid design, involvement of two-dimensional materials and quantum dots), thin-film thermoelectric devices, gas/optical sensing, photocatalytic applications, metamaterials and semiconductor engineering.
