The Nanoelectronics Laboratory at the National Cheng Kung University pursues research themes in low-dimensional materials and devices. These themes encompass works in graphene/quantum dots photodetectors, surface plasmon resonance of graphene/metal nanoparticles, nanostructure design for high-performance devices and heterojunction solar cells.
