From genome, proteome, metabolome, scientists gradually notice that commensal microbiome also play a significant role to our body within this decade. Our lab goal is to understand the functional role of these microbes in brain and behavior. The research fields include neuroscience, ethology, microbiology, endocrinology, or immunology. The research topic focus on investigating how gut bacteria impact social behavior, innate fear response, motor function, stress control, gut hormone by using mouse model.
