We are electrical machine and drive system laboratory, we train the people who are working on motor design and motor drive, the main target for motor design is to design a motor which is suitable for the application according to the application occasion. On the motor drive group, we are doing research about motor control strategy to drive the motor with the most energy saving and efficiency way. Besides, we also design and make motor drive which has high power and high switching frequency. Our lab focuses on connecting research and industries. Industry and academic cooperation includes the most popular issues, electrical vehicles and space satellites. The industry cooperation units mainly include National Space Organization (NSPO), Delta electronics, National Chung-Shan institute of Science and Technology (NCSIST) and China Steel.
