ABSTRACT
With the promotion of global renewable energy, the use of solar energy has increased. The increase in the amount of solar energy installation also means that the amount of discarded PV(Photovoltaic) panels will also increase. Compared with traditional burying, the use of recycling systems can reduce the cost of environmental impact. Therefore, the research method will be based on the perspective of environmental and economic analysis, try to use Simapro software to simulate the impact on the environment; use mathematical model analysis to achieve maximum benefits in technology and factory scale, in addition, through the concept of system thinking. The content of the management policy is to design Taiwan's solar panel recycling system.
The purpose of this research is to explore the integrity of policies, recycling structures and technologies among different countries, analyze the impact on the environment and the economy. Show the link between recycling mechanisms and industries, and establish Taiwan's recycling mechanisms of the PV panels.
